Sebiche is a Brazilian form of Ceviche.
- 10 fillet of fish
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 10 lemons
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- ½tsp of salt
- Chop the fillet in to small pieces and wash it in a strainer.
- Squeeze the lemon in a bowl then mix it with the chopped fillet.
- Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro and mix them into the fish mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the salt over.
